If you’re looking to make your morning cup of coffee extra special this Valentine’s Day, look no further than this list.
I have everything from cold brew to mochas and even copycats of limited edition Dunkin favorites that are found on their menu in the beginning of February.
It isn’t on purpose, but when putting this list together, I realized I have a good amount of pink coffee drinks. So I added these to the list .
You can even enjoy your Valentine’s Day themed coffee drinks in a his and hers matching coffee mug set (check out our list of favorites!) and even brew the coffee you’ll use to craft your drink in a pink coffee maker.
Happy Valentine’s Day!
1. Red Velvet Mocha
A fun coffee drink to make for Valentine’s Day, or any day you’re feeling like having a Red Velvet Mocha.
Yes, red velvet is a cake flavor. You’ll find a lot of recipes for this cake calls for red food coloring and cocoa powder, making it sort of like a chocolate cake. But the main difference between a regular chocolate cake and just a red colored chocolate cake is the frosting. The cream cheese frosting plus red cake makes the cake red velvet.
I recreated this cake into a coffee drink – the Red Velvet Mocha.

2. Pink Velvet Latte: Dunkin Inspired
The Pink Velvet Latte is a seasonal coffee drink from Dunkin Donuts. Along with the Pink Velvet Macchiato, these two coffee drinks are pink – perfect for Valentine’s Day.
This is made with Dunkin’s espresso with red velvet cake flavor and topped with whipped cream, mocha drizzle and a hot chocolate powder.
I recreated the Dunkin Pink Velvet Latte at home and mine is naturally colored!

3. Pink Velvet Macchiato: Dunkin Inspired
Inspired by Dunkin Donut’s limited edition Pink Velvet Macchiato that was available around Valentine’s Day, we recreated the drink at home so you can make it too – any time of year!
The Pink Velvet Macchiato is as Dunkin describes, “Dunkin’s rich espresso with red velvet cake flavor and hints of cream cheese icing, and when served iced, creates a colorful pink-layered look for the perfect photo.”
To make it at home, we’ll combine flavors of red velvet cake with cocoa powder and hints of cream cheese with cream cheese and giving it its pink color naturally.

4. Mocha Macchiato: Dunkin Copycat Recipe
You may see this drink frequently on your social media feeds during February. This Mocha Macchiato, along with another Dunkin Valentine’s Day, the Pink Velvet Macchiato is all about the photo-worthy layers!
The limited edition Mocha Macchiato Dunkin drink is paired with a limited-edition doughnut, which is a heart-shaped Brownie Batter Donut. I took a trip to Dunkin to pair my homemade Mocha Macchiato with its doughnut counterpart, as you’ll see in my images.

5. Strawberry Cold Brew: Starbucks Secret Menu Drink at Home
A drink you may have seen around social media, the pink Strawberry Cold Brew is a ‘Secret Menu’ item you can try to get at Starbucks… or better yet, here’s how to make it at home!
This Strawberry Cold Brew tastes like a chocolate covered strawberry (or raspberry) flavored coffee. It is cold brew coffee topped with a layer of pink cold foam and a sprinkle of chocolate shavings. If your local Starbucks can make you a customized drink, you’ll need to ask for cold brew coffee with pumps of white chocolate and raspberry. Then get cold foam with strawberry puree. And top it with chocolate shavings.
This is what we’ll be doing here at home for our homemade Starbucks Secret Menu Strawberry Cold Brew.

6. Neopolitan Coffee (3 Layered Coffee!)
Neapolitan ice cream is ⅓ vanilla ice cream, ⅓ chocolate and ⅓ strawberry ice cream. These flavors work for coffee so I recreated this three layered ice cream flavor into 3 parts – vanilla (sweetened condensed milk), chocolate (coffee and dark chocolate sauce) and strawberry (oatmilk and strawberry or raspberry syrup.)
Here’s how to make this fun 3 layer Neopolitan Coffee at home.

7. How to Make a Beet Latte (with Coffee!)
If you’re looking for a healthier Valentine’s Day coffee drink to kick off the day, the Beet Latte is the perfect option. You can choose to add a sweetener, like honey, or just drink it sugar free.
It does taste a bit like beets so you want to keep that in mind if you don’t like beets. However, in my recipe, I add spices like cinnamon and ginger, which makes it taste less earthy.

8. Raspberry Mocha
Berries and chocolate were meant for each other. So this Raspberry Mocha resembles chocolate covered fruit.
I created the Raspberry Mocha – a delicious combination of chocolate and raspberry in a coffee drink. This is also great for Valentine’s Day! It just involves mixing chocolate sauce and raspberry syrup with coffee, and you can also switch it up and use other berry flavors like strawberry.
