What You’ll Need to Make a Peanut Butter Iced Coffee Protein Shake
The Tools
- French press (check out Bodum’s French presses)
- Kettle
- Blender
The Ingredients
- 25g ground coffee
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons protein powder
- 4oz soy milk
- Pinch of salt
- Several ice cubes
Peanut Butter Iced Coffee Protein Shakes: A Step by Step Guide
Step 1
Pour your favorite coffee into a French press. Then add hot water that’s not quite boiling to the French press. Stir coffee and hot water gently.
Step 2
Put the lid on and steep for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Press plunger down slowly. Pour coffee in a container and let it cool down.
Step 4
Add protein powder and peanut butter to the blender.
Step 5
Pour in the soy milk and prepared coffee.
Step 6
Add in a pinch of salt and ice cubes to the blender.
Step 7
Blend well.
