I came across Nutella Biscuits at a local Italian grocery store and had to use them in my next coffee drink recipe. The Nutella Coffee Milkshake is that recipe.
These biscuits are one of the few official Nutella products (other than the actual Nutella spread.) They are delicious circles of baked wheat flour biscuits filled with Nutella.
It’s a cookie you need to try if you haven’t tried it yet, and it goes even better while having a Nutella Coffee Milkshake.
So grab a cookie and make a milkshake too!
Nutella Coffee Milkshake Ingredients
- ½ cup coffee
- 1 cup vanilla or chocolate ice cream
- 1 tbsp Nutella
- ¼ cup milk
- Topping: Whipped cream, Nutella Biscuits
Tips for Making a Nutella Coffee Milkshake
Coffee
I used a French press to brew coffee for this Nutella Coffee Milkshake.
Feel free to use your preferred coffee brewing method.
Ice Cream
I used vanilla ice cream.
This Nutella Coffee Milkshake will also go well with chocolate ice cream if you prefer a slightly more chocolatey flavor. While I used storebought ice cream, you can also make it at home with my no churn coffee ice cream recipe.
You just need three ingredients – heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix all ingredients together, place in a loaf pan and freeze overnight. That’s it! It has a consistency just like storebought ice cream.
Nutella
Get this at your local grocery store or online on Amazon.
Milk
I used almond milk.
Use your preferred milk or milk alternative. You can also use heavy cream to make the milkshake a little creamier.
Toppings
I used whipped cream and Nutella Biscuits.
To make whipped cream at home, simply whip heavy cream using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Add a little vanilla syrup to sweeten it.
I served the Nutella Coffee Milkshake with Nutella Biscuits. These are cookies made by Nutella, which are filled with Nutella and have a Nutella logo and a heart in the center.
