When Chamberlain Coffee reached out to send a few products, I accepted. I wanted to try it since I’ve been seeing the brand all over the internet, mostly on TikTok and Instagram.
They’re best known for their single serve cold brew packs. I think those packs are so convenient to use and a great starter brand if you’re just getting into coffee. Plus, the packaging is just so cute. They really make great gifts.
While I did try the pre ground single serve cold brew pack, it was really the whole bean coffee that I was curious about. It’s what I used for this Chamberlain Coffee cold brew recipe.
Is Chamberlain Coffee owned by Emma Chamberlain?
Yes, Chamberlain Coffee is owned by Emma Chamberlain. She is most famously known for being a Youtuber with millions of subscribers. In 2019, she started Chamberlain Coffee.
My Chamberlain Coffee verdict
While I don’t particularly find anything spectacular to point out about the coffee beans (I don’t love it but don’t hate it – it gets the job done for my morning cup), I am a big fan of the branding.
I have to give it to them for their amazing branding and Emma Chamberlain’s marketing skills. The colorful coffee bags, creative names, animals on each bag, and the coffee drinking accessories – especially those mason jars with a lid and straw, I really can’t not like the brand.
I also like that they have a half caff option, but it’s unclear where exactly the coffee beans are from and might be a blend of beans from all over. Their website states that the coffee is roasted in California and it’s sourced from various countries including Guatemala, Nicaragua, Colombia, Papua New Guinea, Peru, and Sumatra.
What does Chamberlain Coffee offer?
Chamberlain Coffee doesn’t just have coffee. It’s an (almost) one stop shop for all things you need:
- Ground and whole bean coffee. Light, medium, and dark roasts, half caff and decaf options. Plus blends with flavors like black cherry and peppermint.
- Coffee pods. If you have a Keurig, Nespresso, or other pod coffee machine, they have sizes for each.
- Cold brew singles. Pouches that you can steep either in cold water overnight or hot water for just five minutes.
- Artist Series monthly coffee subscription. Each month features artwork on the coffee bag by an artist selected by Emma Chamberlain.
- So many accessories. Signature cold brew mason jars with a cover and hole for straws are available in three sizes. The 16 ounce square cold brew mason jar is shown in this article. There’s also 25 ounces and 50 ounces in the round design for a slightly different aesthetic. The straws come in different colors.
- Apparel and other branded gear. Tote bags, candles, even bathrobes and slippers all with the Chamberlain Coffee branding. Hoodies, energy bars, chocolate bars, chocolate covered coffee beans too.
- Other drinks. Matcha (in classic, lavender, mango and chocolate flavors too) and tea bags and powdered mixes (chai tea and blue matcha oatmilk).
- Bundles. Great for first time coffee or matcha drinkers – with a variety of flavors and fun accessories to start with.

Tips for Making Chamberlain Coffee Cold Brew
The coffee beans
I wanted to try Chamberlain Coffee’s whole beans so I went with their half caff blend – the Careless Cat Blend.
But for an even faster and easier way to prepare cold brew coffee, you can use Chamberlain Coffee’s preground coffee in bags similar to tea bags. Just add a bag into one of Chamberlain Coffee’s large mason jars, let it steep overnight, then take the bag out of the jar and drink. You won’t need to take time to grind any beans and get extra equipment if you don’t own the grinder in the first place.
What makes cold brew taste better?
Chamberlain Coffee was new to me and in this case, I like to try the coffee on its own without putting any add ons like milk or sweeteners. You may be surprised to find it tastes great without needing any enhancements.
But, usually after initially tasting it, I like to add a little milk in my coffee so I would add regular milk or a milk alternative like almond, soy, oat or macadamia. The fun thing is you can try something different every day and find your favorite pairing.
You could also put a coffee creamer (make your own coffee creamer too with this – it’s really simple and you make different flavors) or experiment with other flavoring, like maple syrup, honey, or syrups. The possibilities really are endless.
Does cold brew taste good with milk?
I think cold brew tastes great with milk. It’s usually how I have my cold brew. It adds a dimension to the coffee without adding in any processed sugar.

Make cold brew coffee. I made it with Careless Cat Blend coffee beans. I ground beans using my coffee grinder and let it steep in my large French press overnight. Alternatively, instead of using coffee beans, you can use the single serve version of the Careless Cat Blend.
Step 2
Pour cold brew coffee into a Chamberlain Coffee cold brew mason jar. Then add optional sweetener or milk of choice, followed by ice.
Step 3
Twist on the cover and use a Chamberlain Coffee straw to enjoy.
