Did I mention that Butter Coffee is Keto friendly?
Benefits of Butter Coffee for Ketogenic Diet Coffee Drinkers
There are many diet programs on the market today that promote good health and good eating habits. The ketogenic diet is one of them. The ketogenic diet, or better known as the Keto diet is a low carbohydrate and high-fat diet which puts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis.
During ketosis, the entire body switches its energy supply to run almost entirely on fat instead of carbohydrate.
Studies have found that the Keto diet is not only beneficial for weight loss, but also lowering blood glucose, improving good cholesterol, reducing inflammation, and improving cognitive function.
Those are the reasons why the Keto diet is wildly popular and so many people swear by it.
Most coffee drinkers add sugar, creamer, and flavored syrup to improve the flavor and taste of their morning cup. However, if you’re on a diet program, these enhancing products may put you off track. Or they will make you feel guilty when you drink your daily cup of joe. The good news is there is a healthier way of enjoying coffee.
Add butter! Butter is the new creamer for your morning coffee.
